Before registering, please take a moment to review the "Registration Instructions" document.  You can access this document by clicking here:

Before completing a registration form, please check the availability of spots for the Encounter you are requesting.  The schedule is located at <here>.  Once you verified there is an available spot, proceed to fill out a registration form.  You have three ways to register:  (1) [Recommended] You can register online right here:             (2) Or you can get a form at church ... go to Encounter Registration table after service (3) Or you can print a form by clicking here >> (participant form or server form).       (Note: Registration Forms can be faxed to the church office at 941-365-0007)

A $50 deposit is required with your registration form.  Please note your registration form will only be processed when payment is received. Paying by credit card (below) is the fastest way to have your registration processed. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, as reservations are made immediately upon receipt of registration form and deposit.  The balance of your payment is due two weeks prior to the Encounter.  (Note: if you are registering within 2 weeks of the Encounter, full payment is due).  You have several ways to pay: (1) [Recommended] You can pay online by credit card:   (3) You can pay by cash or check.  Checks are to be made out to "The Living Sanctuary Church".  You can give cash or check to the attendant at the Encounter Registration table after service, or you can mail a check (not cash!) to the church office at: The Living Sanctuary Church 1801 North Lockwood Ridge Road Sarasota, FL  34234  Attn: Encounter Retreat

Once your Registration Form is received with your deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter by mail or email. Your registration is not complete until both the Registration Form and the deposit are received and space at the requested Encounter date is confirmed.  If you have any questions, please call the church at 941-365-LIFE.
