Banyan Tree

Description

The banyan tree is a large, long-lived, fast-growing evergreen tree up to 65-80 ft tall. It has a wide leafy crown of horizontal branches covering up to 100 m around, and surrounded by aerial roots. The banyan starts as an epiphyte.
